Our New York video conference facility is conveniently located in midtown Manhattan between Grand Central and Penn Stations, (on 37th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues.)

 

To accommodate our international clients, we are available 24/7 upon request.

 

We have three rooms dedicated to video conferences with ISDN and IP connectivity. We have one room equipped with a PolyCom HDX 7000 camera and 52” Samsung wall-mounted HDTV flat screen utilizing IP connectivity only.

 

We just upgraded to a dedicated 10 Meg IP over copper, allowing us to have simultaneous IP and HD conferences. We offer Ethernet and high-speed wireless internet connection, PowerPoint with People+Content capability and DVD recording in all rooms. At all times we have an on-site technical person.

 

All conferences rooms are available 15 minutes prior to your start time. You are never left alone until all video/audio connections are secure and the camera is set to your liking.

 

We offer complimentary coffee, tea, soda and water (catering upon request).
